Hummus is a very traditional Arabic cuisine, but also a necessary point of dishes.

Place the beets in a food processor with the garbanzo beans, tahini, garlic and lemon juice.
Drizzle the olive oil through the top of the food processor while the food processor is on.
Blend for 30-60 seconds, or until creamy.
Serve with vegetables or pita bread for dipping.
